Blazing Strike Heats Up with Free DLC Characters Post-Launch

 

Get ready to strike! After a five-year wait, Blazing Strike is finally dropping on October 17th, bringing classic 2D fighting action to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. But the excitement doesn't stop there – developer RareBreed Makes Games and publisher Aksys Games have announced free DLC characters are coming soon after launch!

The first fighter to join the fray is Antonio Calavera, a stylish cybernetic skeletal gunslinger described as a "vigilante who works in the shadows of society." While gameplay footage remains under wraps, his intriguing character design has already sparked curiosity among fans.

Blazing Strike promises a nostalgic experience inspired by arcade fighting game legends like Capcom and SNK. With a roster of 14 diverse characters at launch, players can expect classic archetypes and a unique combat system blending old-school charm with modern mechanics.
