Fatal Fury fans have been on the edge of their seats since the series' grand return was teased years ago. Now, SNK is stoking the flames of anticipation with the reveal of Kevin Rian at Evo 2024.

Following the King of Fighters 15 finals, SNK unleashed a trailer showcasing the explosive return of Kevin Rian in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. The hulking brawler, first introduced in Garou: Mark of the Wolves, is ready to wreak havoc once again with his powerful punches and devastating hit grabs. With the added flair of the REV System, Kevin's signature moves are even more visually striking.

While Kevin's reputation for being an overpowered character in Garou has fans excited, there's hope for a balanced yet satisfying experience in City of the Wolves.

The narrative threads of Kevin's past continue to weave through the new game, as he searches for his partner's murderer. Now the guardian of his partner's son, Marky, Kevin's familial connection adds depth to his character, as seen in his official portrait and the new stage showcasing Marky cheering him on.

Kevin marks the ninth character revealed for City of the Wolves, joining a roster that includes both returning favorites and exciting newcomers. His English voice actor is confirmed to be Jonah Scott, while Akihiro Sakata lends his voice to the Japanese version.

In a whirlwind of announcements, SNK also unveiled the surprise return of SVC: Chaos, as well as Vice and Mature joining King of Fighters 15 as DLC characters.

While Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves' release date remains elusive beyond an early 2025 window, the excitement is palpable. With platforms confirmed for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, fans can eagerly anticipate more reveals and a thrilling return to South Town.
